Terms and Conditions Effective June 2016
Refund Policy
Once tickets are purchased on ghtctheatres.com and ghtctheatres mobile apps, there are no refunds or changes available. Please confirm your showtime carefully before purchasing your tickets. Because your seat is guaranteed for the entire showing of a movie, we are not able to offer refunds. In the rare situations when a show is cancelled, you will be entitled to a refund for the full purchase price of your tickets including any service charges. In these situations please send an email to ghtctheatres@yahoo.com and include the theatre, movie, showtime, email address and your confirmation number.
Privacy Policy
Greater Huntington Theatre Corporation respects your right to the privacy of the personal information you provide us on our web sites. To that end, unless you designate otherwise or we state otherwise in this policy or at the time information is collected, any personal information you provide to Greater Huntington Theatre Corporation will be known only to two parties: you and to Greater Huntington Theatre Corporation. The following policy is intended to explain how your personal information will be treated as you make use of our site. Personal information includes your name, e-mail addresses, click-through activity and any other personal information you may provide here.
Use of Cookies
A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a Web server and stored on your computer's hard drive. We use cookies in a limited way to identify unique browsers that visit us and to track usage throughout our site. The information about readership and site usage that Greater Huntington Theatre Corporation collects through cookies is aggregated into general reports about readership and not tied to individual identities ever. Your e-mail address will not be shared with anyone and no one except Greater Huntington Theatre Corporation will be able to contact you. If you choose to allow other members to email you, they will not be able to view your email address.
Other Disclosure of Personal Information
Greater Huntington Theatre Corporation will not otherwise use or disclose your personal information without your consent except (i) as described in this privacy policy, or (ii) as required by law, court order or as requested by other government or law enforcement authority. This policy does not protect information you post to any public forum within our Web site.

Greater Huntington Theatre Corporation contains many links to other sites on the Web. We cannot control and are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such other Web sites.
Loyalty Policy
The GHTC Theatres Loyalty Card is open to anyone except GHTC Theatres employees, their immediate family members and children under 12. GHTC Theatres reserves the right to exclude others at their sole discretion.
Registration for the PROGRAM and/or use of the CARD constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions of the PROGRAM, as amended from time to time, including without limitations, all terms and conditions of the AGREEMENT.
Membership is FREE and may be acquired by registering at any participating GHTC Theatres location or on-line.
To receive points, your Loyalty Card must be presented BEFORE the transaction when purchasing tickets at the Box Office.
Loyalty Card members earn (5) points for every dollar ($1) spent at the box office on movie ticket purchases with a daily maximum of 180 points per business day. Only one membership card may be used per transaction. Our system will round the purchase to the nearest dollar to determine the number of points awarded. For example, a purchase of $7.75 will be rounded to 40 points. A purchase of $5.25 will be rounded to 25 points.
Loyalty Card members earn rewards after each 250 points accumulated on their card. All rewards are valid only through the expiration date printed on the rewards coupon (valid for one year). The Loyalty Card reward structure repeats at each 2500 point accumulation.
Gift Cards, Gift Certificate, Special Event Tickets, Bulk Tickets and Fund Raising purchases are not eligible for Loyalty Card points.
All rewards for FREE movie tickets exclude Special Events. The rewards for FREE movie tickets can be used for 3D films, but Loyalty Card holder must pay the 3D surcharge.
All Loyalty Card points and rewards are the property of GHTC Theatres.
All Loyalty Card points and rewards are subject to verification by theatre management. The judgment of GHTC Theatres management is final.
GHTC Theatres protects personal information we collect about members by maintaining physical, electronic and procedural safeguards. Advertisers and other companies do not have access to personal information and we do not share your personal information with advertisers of other companies that want to contact members.
Loyalty Card points and rewards are nontransferable except for points/rewards transferred from a lost, stolen or mutilated card to a new card issued to the same member. Loyalty Card points and rewards will be forfeited upon inactivity in a 24 month period.
Loyalty Card points and rewards have no monetary value, are not gift certificates and may only be used at participating theaters as specified under the Terms and Conditions.
GHTC Theatres reserves the right to change or discontinue the Loyalty Card program at any time without liability to any member. If GHTC Theatres discontinues the Loyalty Card Program, any Loyalty Card Points and rewards remaining on the members card may be voided without liability to GHTC Theatres.
